Приложение бомба, правда разобрались , только тогда когда прижала необходимость. Работает, синхронизируется как часы. Всем советую, не пожалеете если точно надо.

Ужасная программка, она только для людей кто занимается программированием или нужен человек который будет подсказывать все шаги для ее пользования.а для простого человека , это какой-то ужас, много окон, настроек, которые все замудренные, у меня не получается ее настроить. Не рекомендую
Не удобно пользоваться
Очень не удобное приложение. Пользовался 2 месяца, сплошное мучение. Есть похожие приложения на много лучше!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have used this app for almost two years now on all of my apple devices, Mac included, and I rely on it every day in my rental business. The app is customizable. The user interface is easy to use. The app can be set up on a network and best of all the DB core is an SQL platform. Also technical support is outstanding. I haven’t found a better app for my rental business on the App Store.

Great but..
Great software but filters calendar doesn’t work
An absolute must for a small hotel owner.
We’ve been using Nano Hotel Booking as our sole booking software (app) for 3 years now. We run a small hotel in Greece with 10 rooms, and Nano Hotel Booking made running of our business easy and worry-free. It workes very reliably, covers all our booking management needs, helps us keep track on room occupancy, guest contact details, payments (including advance payments and outstanding balances), accounts, etc. Everyone in our team has the Nano app running on their smart phones, and that’s how we synchronize and organize our chores. During passed 3 years app never crushed on us or let us down. Any minor problems or bugs we came across and reported, were solved by developer with an admiring speed, perfect support. Best spent money in our business so far (price was incredibly low, and we got so much out of it).
On the other note: initial “setting up” of the “hotel” - organizing (creating) rooms, pricelists, etc. could be a bit of a drawback for someone whos not technicaly savvy (luckily we are). In that case I recommend assigning (paying?) someone to do the initial setup work. Once the app is customized to your business, running it is a piece of cake - very user friendly and straight forward. Excellent, excellent job. Thank you to developer for making the running of our hotel easy and comfortable after very affordable one-off payment. An absolute must and a “no-brainer” for any small hotel owner.

Very handy
Good app. Multiuser mode works fine. I only wished if it could be connected with other iCal. Wait for future upgrade!

В целом неплохо! Но я уже 2 дня не могу норм наладить многопользовательский режим! Не хочет приложение ни в какую соединяться с сервером... при том что все было сделано по инструкции и 2-3 раза перепроверено.
Разработчика прошу оказать содействие в настройке и использовании многопользовательского режима!

Data expert to excel
Hi,
I am using only part of application just to make my booking easy. It got almost all option to make any booking management easy. It will be great if we can expert data to excel to work more freely.

Not flexible enough
This has sadly not lived up to my expectations as a room reservation management tool. First, there is only one overall calendar view. I need an additional week-to-view (and a daily view would be nice too) where I can instantly see all my bookings for the current week with guest info at a glance.
Second, room rates are difficult to customise. There is no quick way of entering a discount, one-off weekend deal, special offer, free extra night etc. You have to program all of these in by adding options fields to the record card. This is laborious and time-consuming. I want to be able to quickly adjust the total amount payable manually by means of a built-in discount or adjustment field, with a choice of amount or percentage, where I can enter any arbitrary amount. Also, why is there a « first name » field for the client, but not a « name » or « last name » field? Worst of all, there is no possibility of closing off individual rooms temporarily for a day or two, and showing them as unavailable in the diary.
This is a general software concept that has been adapted somewhat loosely to fit the hotel model. It tries to do too much of what it thinks you need and not enough of what you do actually need. I am looking for an app that requires fewer workarounds and is more in tune with what a B&B owner needs to quickly record bookings as and when they come in. I would like a refund as I shan’t be using this app.

С последним обновлением пришла новая функция: бронь переходит на новые сутки, отмечаясь на календаре треугольничком. Фактически показывая вместо суток 1,5 суток. Но при наслоении суточных броней эти треугольнички отражаются в разные стороны и другими цветами.
Предлагаю сделать и начало и конец брони треугольником и чтобы они совпадали цветом с основной бронью. (Полсуток сегодня "заезд", полсуток завтра "выезд")
Еще было бы неплохо иметь возможность выбирать брони по датам.
Добавили "следующий месяц", спасибо большое!
