Masalah akun

Saya ga sengaja bikin akun ke 2 gara-gara salah masukkan nomor, harusnya jangan otamatis nomornya terdaftar kalo pendaftarannya belum selesai. Alhasil saya bikin akun ke 2 pake email yang lain. Akunnya belum selesai KYC. Mau saya hapus akunnya tapi tidak bisa, layanan anda sangat buruk!

I’m talking about the flow, the inefficient process even when you’re using bank within the same ecosystem with nanovest. Too much improvement needed.
