软件内更新到崩溃，卸载从新下载也不管用 刚下载的软件也要更新，服了，每次更新最少一个小时，平均三天一更新 也不知道这软件为啥更新这么平繁，服了！

I don’t think there is a better company for the onchain research. I wish the monthly sub was cheaper, cannot pay so much. And yearly sub is too much for a regular shrimp
Updating sucks
Why is there updates within the apps and not through the AppStore .. to add insult to the injury it doesn’t even update in the background. First time downloading the apps and can’t even get to use it from an mandatory update inside the app that takes forever to download and when my display shuts off it somehow fails

BE CAREFUL
A lot of scammers operate on this app, me and some family members got hoaxed into this done-for-you-investing scheme using this app and a lot of other friends and family came out and said they’ve fallen for it too. The app itself is fine I don’t see any issues with it, but just be careful if a company or agency wants you to download this app and put money in it and give them access, red flag. So maybe what I’m trying to say is don’t give people access to your account and be responsible with your money lol. Hope this was helpful in the slightest.

Worth the paid subscription
If you’re even a semi-serious trader, paying the subscription for the Pro package is worth it. Over 10% of the tokens in my portfolio came through recommendations and insights from Nansen. I’m up on just about all of them. For reference, it’s 12/22/2025, and spot trading/overall market has been on a significant down slide for a couple months.

The macOS app is a repurposed iOS app.
The app works, but I can’t even resize the tiny window, which make it barley usable on the MacBook. But on the bright side, it doesn’t consume much real estate. All things considered, I would rather have an official MacOS app, or a webapp, for a decent sized UI than this puny lil interface on a MacBook. I’ll use it only on the phone until some future date when Nansen supports MacOS.

Great app for Crypto On-Chain Analysis
One stop solution for on-chain analytics. Used to be very hard to track market, to know what is happening but Nansen was doing great job on that and now they brings it on hand.
