Thank you Paul this is a real help with simple ideas and a common sense approach new parents will find very handy when faced with a distressed over tired newborn and young baby. The sounds are so soothing all of which will help baby calm and feel secure. The really good thing is that this is free and so easy to download on an apple device even a watch so mum hold baby close and smooth with sound from her watch! I love that. Sleep soundly little ones.
