Can't access account
I have a Naper Parks account under my email with everyone in my household. I have registered to different activities through the website and found the app recently, but couldn't access my account because it doesn't recognize my email address. Also, I don't have the option in the app to re-register.

Access is so slow
It takes so much time to navigate between pages. The class was over by the time I could pull up the check in.
