Bug ridden, crashes frequently on iPhone 13
Even with nothing else running in the background this app frequently crashes. It is unusable.
Very disappointed
App constantly re-set on iPhone 15 pro running latest version of IOS.
Had to keep re-starting it. Tried rebooting phone but no luck. In addition one audio (right) kept dropping in and out of bluetooth headphones.
Tried the app support page but it went to a 404 page not found…..
Does not even deserve 1 star I could have used google and had a less stressful time.
App store quotes $11.99 for the app but was charged $19.99 hmmmm

Very very flaky. Depends on mobile data
I bought the app and thought I had downloaded the info on WiFi-it started playing fine. Within 2minutes of starting it informed me I needed to switch mobile data on. I had to return to hotel to pick up phone with local sim and hotspot to it . The app crashed approx every minute returning to the beginning ( introduction).
While the information was interesting ( and Napier itself lovely) the app is unusable in its present form. Deeply disappointed. Do not buy

App crashes, costs more than advertised
Even though the cost advertised was $11.99, it charged me $19.99. Then, the app kept crashing during the tour. Every time it restarted (on average 2-3 times per location), I had to move to the point on the map to find the location as it would restart. The star was earned for at least an informative tour in the midst of all the trouble.
