I got good value
Handy to have everything on one app: I added Pompeii and Herculaneum tickets and travel.
I had to disable Apple Pay to stop my iphone going to my payment card when I was using the QR code on the metro.
Remember to ask for audio guides. They don’t pressure you with extras - you have to ask.

Quite poor
The pass doesn’t cover several key attractions, the app isn’t very functional, and the use of the transport add-in is quite opaque.
Weak unreliable system
Several ticket offices had difficulty working out how to validate our tickets from the app. One insisted the museum was not included although it is listed in the app. A ticket office at a train station activated return tickets in error as we were about to start our day meaning the return ticket had expired when we needed to use it. Not recommended.

Check very carefully
Check very carefully before you purchase, as for some places it’s only a discount. Buying the 7 day transport option, doesn’t work on the metro as by the time you get to the barrier the ticket has expired and there is no phone signal. They wouldn’t except the pass on the airport bus, so had to pay. Hoping it works for Pompeii

Great value!
It was an excellent purchase. We bought a five day pass, we discovered what to see and we skipped long lines. That was especially useful at the archeological Museum of Naples. I wouldn’t advise to add the unlimited traveling, though. You can buy a Unico pass for a complete week at any metro station, use metro, train, buses, and even the funicular, and it’s only €12.
