Needs cook edit feature
Love the digital probe but it would be so nice if the app let you edit your target temp without ending the cook and starting again.

Max temp is now 500 F. Why?
Doesn’t make sense. One of my probes is straying. Try and find probes to purchase is proving to be a challenge.

I like the new updated app
I have a couple of Bluetooth thermometers and haven't been using the Napoleon one much as the original app was clunky. Then I noticed the app had been updated so I gave it another try. Now I prefer this over all my other products! There were a few crashes when it first was released but they seem to be issuing regular updates. Works perfect for me now. Better than my others.

Not happy with this version. Prior version was much better.
Très mauvaise mise a jour
Les sondes ont des fiches de couleurs. L’ancienne version de l’app fonctionnant parfaitement et différenciait les sondes par couleur.
Maintenant on voit des numéros sur l’application pour les sondes. Très difficile de s’y retrouver.
Je déteste tout simplement la nouvelle version et arrête de l’utiliser dès maintenant

Previous version was way better
This new version is really bad. Cannot have count up timer and temperature on same screen. Lost all my settings. Really poor update. And we can’t go back! Go do your homework. And speak to people who use this for real. This so called update is akin to a Trudeau decision with the mess that comes with its application.

Bad app design
I am a developer and can tell you the app was poorly designed.
Bluetooth disconnects and even worst, all historic data is lost when its disconnected ir app closed.
At least save the history and resume data recording on reconnect.

Lousy app
I’d give this a zero if I could - no wonder this device was heavily marked down at Home Depot (should have been my first clue to avoid this product). App simply will not pair with the device, no matter what I try. Device is just a glorified thermometer as a result. Avoid at all costs.

If you happen to close app looses all history, temp, timer etc... not great app...
Keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth
Keeps disconnecting from the Bluetooth. Cant be more than 5’ away(what’s the point). Hard to get it back to reconnect once it’s there. The customized temp setting doesn’t always work
Worst App Ever
When the phone is loosing the Bluetooth connection, the App resets the clock. That’s only one thing. The rest is not better and I’m wondering Apple approved the App

Impossible à utiliser
L’app plante à chaque tentative de synchronisation avec le thermomètre, rendant celui-ci inutilisable ! La qualité de cette app n’est pas acceptable de la part d’un fabricant haut de gamme comme Napoleon. Encore heureux que le thermomètre était offert gratuitement à l’achat du BBQ quoi que cela en fasse un cadeau empoisonné.

Keeps crashing no support
Keeps crashing on phone when try to pair. No support from Napoleon.

Was good
Was working great with my IPhone SE. But keep crashing when pairing Bluetooth with IPhone X. Do something to correct the problem. But working on IPad 6th gen. UPDATE: I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and everything is working now.
