Good reporting

Sure Narcity does inform us of recalls which are very good and tells us in Quebec of places in Ontario that we would have to drive to if we were ambitious, however, there’s absolutely no news about Donald Trump and that’s great

Cette application aurait plus d’étoiles si elle offrait la traduction française des articles venant des autres grandes villes canadienne comme elle le fait pour Montréal. Pourquoi ne pas offrir cette option?

Hate the update

I’m not certain if Narcity decided to go a different direction or not, but updating the app came with no warning. Sure it’s more stable, but no longer do you have the ability to log in and see saved content. Previous cities are no longer listed or available for search. The content is just . . . Random. No longer can this be considered a go to app for discovering your country or cities. Perhaps things are still in development but personally, I’d prefer the previous access to information.

Disappointing

😡 Don't waste your time. I gave it a try. Twice actually. Poor content (often stolen from other sources) most recommended places were out of business, outdated articles, photos used without consent.

Needs dark mode! 🙏🏼

This is my main news app - I read it everyday! It only needs a dark mode option so I can keep reading even at low light

Trouble finding cities?

I tried logging into the app and when searching for my city, I got the message it was having trouble finding cities and to try again later. Same message over a couple weeks. I just deleted it

Country settings

I have to keep updating my location every time that I open the app, it shows US contents by default.

Hi Leslie, Did you try creating an account and setting your country & language in your Account Settings page? Once you save your settings through an account you won’t have to update them every time you open the app. Hope that helps!

Annoying function

It’s a good app to easily access all the articles but there is one function that makes the app extremely annoying to use. While reading an article, if your finger move in any way to the left or right, the article leaves and you have to reload it from the top. I suggest changing the back and forward swipe functions to only trigger from the edges of the screen.
