This is a terrible app. Every time I got to login I just get a white screen. Bad.

App not working for almost week
Can’t get past enroll
My work switched to Lucent (Narus) health…… so far not so good. When enrolling I am unable to get past the create a new password page. I put in my new password and the “Send” box to get to the next page is faded, and doesn’t not respond when tapping it. Great start to the new health insurance my company is using!

Really bad!
There is absolutely no point to this app. It is basically a place you can text health concerns to and get zero response. I will update if anyone ever responds lol
Love the App
The app allows you to communicate via chat with the Narus Health Concierge team. You can ask any question and their staff will respond. This includes billing, benefits, network providers, and more. Very well done.
This app is garbage
There is no one answering questions in the chat- and no other feature but this! This app is useless.
