A slap in the face for Naruto fans. Bandai’s greed ruined my childhood nostalgia!
As a loyal Naruto fan for over a decade, I bought this standalone premium version entirely out of nostalgia, looking forward to reliving the classic console experience and the pure mechanics of the original storm series. To fulfill this childhood dream properly, I even went out and bought a brand-new game controller.Imagine my absolute disappointment when I plugged in the controller, completely hyped up, only to find out it did absolutely nothing. Bandai intentionally stripped away gamepad/MFi controller support from this paid standalone edition! The most frustrating part? They hid this critical technical limitation from the store page, only giving controller support to the Apple Arcade version to force a subscription.Intentionally locking a basic feature behind a subscription wall while leaving paid consumers in the dark is an anti-consumer bully move. My money is gone, but I hope this review warns other fans. Don't fall for this cash-grab. Extremely disappointed!

Why Is the Paid Version Being Ignored?
I PAID for this game, but the developer keeps adding new features to the arcade version (Apple subscription) while this version receives none of those improvements — such as joystick support.
This makes no sense. I will never buy another app or game from Namco again.

Overall it’s a good game but recently I downloaded it on my PS5 and I realised that I could play the chunin exams and carry on with the game only on console, so I wondered if it was a bug in my game but it probably wasn’t. But the graphics are great and you really can explore a lot of different places and have a lot of fun. But they just have to add the rest in and it will be even better. Have a great day. BYE!!!

Habe das Spiel als Kollektion für die PS4 und nun auch für das iPhone. Klar - das Spiel stammt aus der vorletzten Konsolengeneration (PS3), aber sieht gerade auf dem Smartphone immer noch top aus. Genau so stelle ich mir eine Adaption fürs Smartphone vor:
Voller Spielumfang (vielleicht bis auf den Multiplayer), super Grafik und Sounddesign, läuft in maximalen Einstellungen flüssig auf meinem iPhone 13 Pro Max. Meiner Ansicht nach eines der Besten Spiele im AppStore und um Welten besser als diese anderen kurzweiligen Animespiele fürs Smartphone.
Weiter so - Bandai Namco!
