This app stinks
I’ve been to every nascar race at COTA and the last two years this app has never had my tickets. I have to walk a mile to the ticket booth in the shipping container- wait in line and have them print me tickets- way to go!
What a f-ing Joke
To put it mildly, there’s a 8 year in India with no shoes who could in…literally…20 minutes develop an app that is ten times less of an embarrassment than this train ride of sadness and disappointment. I just want my f-ing tickets. Thanks for taking two hours of my life I’ll never get back and STILL not work.

I bought tickets on my laptop the other day. I downloaded the app, signed in with the existing Ticketmaster credentials and had my tickets. Added them to my apple wallet in one more tap.

Terrible non-functional app
First I couldn’t see my tickets after logging in on the app so I transferred them to a new account. I can’t even log into the new account in the app while on PC it’s just fine.
