Never seem able to do anything with this app. Nascar needs to invest in some talented IT people to clean this up. The change to Ticketmaster continues to be a train wreck

Never works properly and the integration with Ticketmaster is a joke. Every time I’ve used it, never works properly and is more trouble than it’s worth.
Terrible integration
This app and its integration with Ticketmaster is absolutely infuriating! Why this extra layer? It’s buggy and will not allow me to add my tickets to my wallet. What the hell is the problem???
It is nearly impossible to find tickets…
I found my tickets eventually and added them to my wallet. Now someone in my group is sick and now I I’m trying to list them but they don’t show up…..no idea what to do….So I’m wasting hundreds of dollars!!
Ticket glitch
I just want to see my tickets. I keep signing into Ticketmaster and my tickets only show up from time to time. Most of my the time the tickets screen is blank or the wrong page.

Point system glitchy and nascar unwilling to help.
Over 1000 points did not log from ticket purchases. Custom service requires more and more info and then goes silent.

Cant access tickets in app. Requires multiple sign in attempts in browser, which negates the apps purpose.
Not horrible, but I’ve seen better
Needs some polishing work done. For example, the “Smart Map” is helpful; but it’s way too easy to accidentally exit the map (for example, by swiping from the left when navigating)
Useless
Cannot view anything under “My Events”, which I’d think would be important. When you’re lucky enough to dig deep and find your tickets, you can’t download them to the Wallet app. All you get is a page of random letters, numbers and symbols.

I guess no points…
I never leave reviews. I started this app when NASCAR rewards was just advertised. I thought it was a great idea. I signed up and started doing the intro offers to boost my points. I even went to two races (Bristol 2023 and Martinsville 2023). The points never allocated to my account. I attempt to see if the app has been improved in that area and it hasn’t. I had to save my address four times (I’m sitting in my vehicle in a city with 5G). 200 points for setting up my account were still never allocated after pressing the direct offer links. I have attempted to figure out why no points will allocate and 3 years later I’ve been robbed of several hundred points. I give up. I have the Michigan and Bristol race coming up so I guess I’ll try one last time. If it doesn’t work, I’m done.

Ridiculous!
Here I have 4 tickets for all weekend at the Glen for NASCAR in May…BUT because I have a 8 Plus IPhone, and it won’t update to a 17.0, I can not access my tickets which I purchased originally through TicketMaster with my seasonal renew. Why wouldn’t you just leave the tickets in Ticket Master and not move them to this app which people with older phones can not access now! Any ideas on how I can get my tickets???

Very disorganized, scanner doesn’t work
The app looks like it was designed by a 1999 era web developer - garish and disorganized, and each use seems to meet with some sort of failure. The scanner says it only works for users at live events at the track. I’m sitting in the stands about 45 minutes into a race ON THEIR GUEST WIFI. How much more at a live event at the track do I have to be?

No scanner or camera
Was at the track, on their WiFi and the app was still saying “not available”. Could see it register the channels for the race. No indication if it was an added cost, just “not available” pretty disappointing.
