This new version of the app is super easy to use!!
Can't sort out listings under contract
There should be a way to eleminate listings under contract and pending sales from the search results. There is also no way to know which listings are under contract through the app. Fix this and it would be five stars.

Can't save search
This app used to work just fine. Now it won't save your search so every time you open it you're starting from scratch.
Not as up to date as website
The app is fairly easy to use, but in a city like Nashville, it's almost useless as it doesn't show if a home is already under contract ("active with contingencies"). A home in the app will appear active, but on the actual website it will be under contract.
