I really wish this worked
I wish I had a locally sourced and provided option for food delivery. I hate Uber with a passion. And as a blind user I wish this app worked. It just doesn't. Buttons aren't labeled. It wouldn't let me enter my address and be recognized. It kept saying add a valid ZIP Code after the address when I already had my ZIP Code and I entered the ZIP Code and it still couldn't find me. I really wish this was a viable option as I could get around gigantic corporations that could give a flying about by business. I would love to support local business but as a blind user this is yet another option that absolutely sucks and is not accessible. if they wanna contact me I'll be happy to get feedback and help them to get it to work. But right now it sucks and is absolutely unusable

No support at all
I ordered pizza on a Friday night, so I get that it’s busy. Order was placed at 5:30, two hours later I’m still waiting and there is no way to contact the driver or company to find out what the status or holdup is. I will never use this service again.

Great when they started now cut off times are by noon or they’re not even available at all. Sorry to see them fold

Rarely will I write a review, even rarer, a bad one, however. Be aware. I’ve given 3 chances for deliveries and 3 times they’ve gotten it wrong. Expensive mistakes for sure. They really should be checking orders before they leave establishments. Wait time is usually an hour or so for deliveries, so to get it wrong all the time is unbelievably frustrating

Overall amazing, love having a local app
This app is great, tons of options for a really good price and I love supporting a local app over a national chain. Someone contacts you almost immediately after you place every order and will work with you and the driver to get your order delivered in a timely manner. I tip every time I order, but the people who contact me are strangely aggressive about tipping when I don’t leave a credit card tip. No need to blow up my phone when there’s no credit card tip. I’m giving the driver cash. And if I’m not, one text is sufficient to remind me to tip.

Niche areas of town...
...but great service from owner.
I was disappointed to see only one restaurant choice for my address, so I emailed the developer/owner directly. He got back to me in minutes!
Most restaurants (for now) are in the Brentwood/Cool Springs/Franklin area, West End, or Donelson/Hermitage. They’re trying to grow, so I can’t blame them for where *I* live, right?
So 3 stars based on great response, decent app interface, and large selection of restaurants. Larger delivery area would mean more stars, so I’ll keep watching and hopefully update my review. 🙂

Great Local delivery service
I loved the personal call back to confirm the order. Faster than originally quoted, and a good selection of restaurants that aren’t covered. The delivery fee was very good, far less than the big name services. I’ll certainly be ordering with them again.
Very easy to use and great owners
It is a locally owned business so you know they will take care of you! It is a variety of stores to choose from. The people who work there are great and won’t let you leave feeling regretful. Shawn and Theresa are wonderful people!
