SJIS woes

Any file open is set to this SJIS format that doesn’t allow me to see the contents. Great idea, I have been looking for a simple edit for text files on my NAS drives for a LONG time. I wonder if this app is no longer supported.

Simple and does exactly what you need!

Simple and does exactly what you need. It's easy to set up connections to shares and fairly straightforward to figure out how to edit and create text files.

Seems to work, but weird issues with double quote?

Seems to work great with lots of file share support.

But the double quote (“) doesnt seem to be typed properly.
See below (the first one is what I typed, and the second line is what it should be)
