Doesn’t recognise my email

Logged in fine on website, will not recognise my new email address and provides no workaround to verify via 2fa. Come on, this problem has been going on for years, get it sorted!

UNABLE TO LOG IN

While I can log in using my internet browser; both on a computer and my phone, once this app kicks you out for whatever random reason, it won’t let you back in! Quite disappointing really!

Says Email is not registered. Well that’s wrong. Please fix!

Can’t log in

I can’t log in at all. It says my password is wrong and when I press the link for a password change it says my account isn’t active. Tried to register it again and it just says that there is already an account with my membership number. That is me. Going round in circles.
