Ongoing issues they don’t care
Over the past several weeks, their system has gone down multiple times, preventing me from logging into my account. The most frustrating part is that I recently had funds deposited, received confirmation they were available—and still couldn’t access them due to their system failing again.
This isn’t a one-time issue. I’ve reached out to support multiple times, and nothing has been permanently fixed. The problem keeps happening.
On top of that, their limited support hours make it nearly impossible to get timely help when something goes wrong. Closed on weekends and limited weekday availability—yet their system is unreliable? That doesn’t add up.
At the end of the day, if you’re trusting a company with your money, you expect consistent access. Right now, that’s not what you’re getting here.
Would not recommend until they fix their reliability and support.

Functional
The app had issues early on but it works consistently now and I am able to do everything I need to on the app. Love Natco!
I hate this app
The Face ID never works, I always have to put in my password even after selected “remember” and “Face ID next time”. It has also started trying to navigate me somewhere, no idea where but this app is using my maps, so what else does it have access too? I truly cannot stand this app.
misleading balance
App is constantly down but the main issue is the available balance in your account will randomly stop updating (no pending transactions either), you will spend money it says you still have, and then update DAYS later and put your account in the negative. Then they will want more money to take it out of the negative when it’s their app that is being inaccurate and misleading. This has happened to me at least three times within maybe 5 months.

Nonstop issues!
Ever since Natco allowed their previous app to expire from the Google apps platform Jan of 2025, this new version has been okay. But here we are, 5 days into the new year & I cannot access my banking info from the app at all. It’s been one issue after another.
Unreliable
App is unreliable. It’s constantly down, and slow to launch when it does work. The only good thing that has come of this update is that you can actually see what charges are pending before they come out.
Worst Banking App
Constantly forgetting log-in information having to reset passwords multiple times. After resetting password gets me a Server Error. The app is garbage
Just not user friendly.
I really do not like that I have to scroll down to check my balance. I do not need to see savings before I see my actual balance. And I can’t stand that the very top of the list is credit score button. Why even have it there if it’s not going to show it?
Old app was better
Yes this new app features some new things that are nice and more convenient but it’s having a problem 50 percent of the times I use it. I’m trying to follow a strict budget to save some money and can’t even see my recent transactions to track them half the time.
Mobile App
Wanted to like it. However, it’s down more than it is up. Frustrating.

No regard for customer service for this poor excuse for “mobile banking convenience” how is it convenient when every other time i’m trying to login it’s having issues
