A pretty good app
It’s a pretty good app I can see my hours and put in hours and other stuff but it depends how much you leader checks the app to approve the hours
Pay to win!!!!
It matters how much your club does to help beta or how big your club more than your actual work
Worst app
This app is good up until you accidentally click the wrong thing and can’t go back and change it. Who doesn’t have the most basic function on an app. There is no way to fix your mistakes before they are approved.
It would also help to have the description of the service on its own page so you don’t randomly press a number and it immediately submits
And while I’m on that subject, why does it submit automatically when an hour is selected?
We should have the option to look it over and once we see all the info is correct, then we press submit.
Please fix this.

It’s awesome
I gyat 1st in the math test and was able to see it off campus

I mainly put this low because I don’t like beta.
Great app but…….
OK, there are a few things I have to say A) it is very helpful for stay in nationals. I wish it was a little bit easier to log hours and do stuff but other than that it’s a really good app very useful and very easy to see comp winners.
Not able to remove pending services?
This should be a basic feature. If I made a mistake on the form for logging hours I should be able to unlog it. Now I’m just stuck with it. UI is also horrendous. No animations, no reactive UI elements, just raw CSS at this point

Why close the walk way if you all are concern for the kids safety then maybe set up hall monitors instead of boring the kids to death

So Helpful at Beta Con
So so very grateful for this app!! It tremendously helps with the overall convention experience. Is especially helpful when planning out your schedule.
Bugged
As a sponsor the app is a great tool especially at state and national convention. However, for day to day use it is severely lacking. Many of my members complain of the app crashing when they go to submit their hours. I would love to see some improvements such as creating a way for sponsors to look at specific students hours and seeing a breakdown of of their hours instead of just their total. I would also like to have a better sync of the data to the website. On the app we at least have the students names but on the website most of the hours, if they show up at all, have only the member ID. While this does tell who the member is, it’s not very efficient.
One of the main things the app boasts about it being able to compare your club to other clubs in the nation. That being said it is kind of hard to compare when the app says that there is no data to compare for specific service hours. Currently the only service hours that have data showing up are: *all *animal welfare *environmental *school beautification *other. This is frustrating because I know for a fact that we have many hours logged for the other categories. This is honestly the main bug that I would like to see fixed.
One last thing many of my members have voiced their concerns with the app not starting each school year from scratch and just continuing to add to the hours from previous years. They are concerned because not all schools started using the app at the same time but they are being “compared” to schools that have been using it for years now where as this is our first year. I don’t know if anything can be done about that but it would be nice to have on the sponsors side of things to see the breakdown by school “years”, to see if we are able to increase our service ours each year or are we remaining steady.

Hard to put in hours
As a Beta Member this app is extremely painful. I can’t delete false requests and trying to figure out how the app works doesn’t help when it submits hours in before you want to submit. I accidentally made things where I just have a requests for hours saying “3” and can’t delete it.
