Having read previous reviews, I am not sure why I even downloaded the app, but I did and was also unsuccessful in logging on.
I don’t read German
The only National Geographic app I’ve been able to access on my iPhone 13 is in German. I don’t read German.

Friendly reminder from a 71-year-old faithful subscriber that has maintained her subscription since the early 1960’s. Including 10 years in Saudi Arabia followed by a year in the UK, then back to various addresses across the USA:)

As another commenter stated, app is in Dutch or German. There is no way to change the language , so I haven’t been able to use my subscription .

I can’t log in to my account.
App password page is in German.
As mentioned by another new user, the password change page is in German. I deleted the app out of caution for security reasons.

Won’t allow me to log into my PAID account. Yes the information is correct I am able to log in on my browser on my phone.

Cannot log into app. Login works fine on browser website. Not a user issue, it’s an app issue and looks like it happens to a lot of people and nat geo does nothing about it.

Cannot even login. Tried to change my password and the site it directed me to was German, which didn’t work either.
Wasn’t able to use it
This app is terrible. I wasn’t even able to log in to my subscription and when I tried to reset my password it redirected me to a German site that looked like spam. App deleted.

Misleading 2025 LA fire causes
The cause of LA fires are MOT caused by years of drought as you claim. The previous year was a very wet year. These fires are conveniently ignited in close proximities and wind directionally in line with expensive properties. There is no mistake that these are arsonist who wasted their lives falling behind and jealous if those who have worked hard. Don’t be quick to blame the power company since they hav $ to compensate. Not to mention, Gavin Newsom would love to bankrupt the power company so he could take them over.

What happened to the National Geographic in English?? I paid for an English version and got this!

I purchased a subscription for this but everything is on German and can’t convert to English. Would like a refund :(

I am unable to change from German to English, therefore cannot read any articles. Of no use to me. Very frustrating! Would like a refund.
