Basemaps not loading

Basemaps are not loading and we’re just getting to the spring hiking season! Unusable until this is fixed.

Ahh, just clicked on support link - takes you to a website for a totally different app. Looks like they’re not actually seriously updating this app anymore.

Used to be great now maps don’t even load

Used to be great now maps don’t even load

Crashes on opening latest OS Mac

Even deleting and redownloading fails to get the working

Now Worthless!

I updated the app today & now it quickly closes as soon as I tap to attempt opening it! What was previously a beautiful, informative app is now completely worthless - even after deleting & trying to re-install it.

Good but wrong

Nice layout. Good info. But missing Canyon and NP in Utah but had a NM instead.

Well designed

Love this app for finding the not as crowded gems in the parks. I love all the trail details and difficulty ratings so we know what we are getting into. Recommend 10/10!

Nothing

I just ran across this app. Downloaded to iPhone and iPad (older). There is nothing here. No parks no search result. NOTHING. And yes I logged in to a new account.

App Says it will take a second to update – It’s been 20 minutes

I was enjoy using the app to research Glacier National Park. Today I open the app and get message that app needs to update the data & that it will take a second. Twenty minutes later, the app still is not providing any National Park information and keeps repeating the message.

App should be updated such that data refresh takes place in background and the current data is still displayed.

Current version is inconsistent and makes using it for planning unreliable.

Won’t let me create account

It won’t let me create an account. Can’t get past “enter email” page. Can’t use the app without creating an account 🤷‍♀️

Almost perfect

This is a fantastic app for learning about and enjoying the National Parks….for the ones they have decided to include. I wish it was all inclusive, as we are trying to visit ALL NP’s, but several are not included in this app.

No maps, no info?

There’s nothing in this app, what happened?!

I made an account. Tried to find trails. Nothing!!

No data?

Continue to Add More

I love this app. I hope they continue to add more

So Simple and Easy

Perfect subsections and simple paragraphs. Easy to handle

Great App - Lacks a Few Things

I love this app for 3 reasons: it offers useful trail data, it works well offline out when out of service, and it is easy to select family friendly hikes, but after using it extensively for four years, it is missing a few key features.

1 ability to see roads and trails at the same time. At times you need to navigate to the trails, not having a visual of roads anywhere, it is sometimes unclear when you switch to map apps for driving to a trail which trailhead you need to access. Also in some parks you need to see which trails are hours away versus easily accessible. You just can't tell without roads.

2. accessibility, eg the text is tiny and cannot be zoomed or enlarged. Having a list of accessible hikes would also be helpful.

3. Beyond the highlighted trails, there's no a search feature for hikes, and it can be hard to find ones that are suitable. I would love to be able to search keywords like "quiet" "view" or "elevation" "dry"

4. No way in the Grand Canyon to see north and south rim separately...

I continue to recommend the app, but these improvements would make it even better.

Great App!

Changing my review, I thought it didn’t have canyonlands but you just need to search for some of them if they don’t appear on a presorted list.

No offline option

Not very useful for on trail use as this lacks offline features.
