Mobile site is a shambles
Fix the mobile site. I pay a subscription to use it and can't sign in.
Too many requests to log in
It is very frustrating to pay for an online subscription and then be asked very often to sign in. And the sign in is glitchy and doesn’t always work.

Close to a real newspaper
Just wish there was a way to disable headline links to article text. I want pure simulated paper.

In my opinion, a great newspaper not only has the facts, but a personality too. It could get a comicstrip page with a regular letters section too. Keep it up.
Garbage app
App does not recognize me as a bonafide paid subscriber. What garbage. Time to short their stock as the developers of this app couldn’t organize a two car parade. I don’t get how corporations allow their product to lose quality so quickly and allow subscribers to leave. I am done.

National Post took an excellent app and destroyed its viewing experience.

One of the best daily publications in Canada if you’re weary of the same old liberal mush and they can’t present it in a consistently stable app! It’s a crapshoot if it opens properly in the morning and, if you want to flip through a section to get to the Sports, forget it - it crashes and you have to reload. Not the way you should have to start your day.

Worst App Ever
This is the worst app. The app continues to crash. There IT department is even worse than the app and it is no wonder the app is so terrible. I have notified their IT department and get the same ridiculous recommendation of re installing the app but without any significant benefit. I guess their editorial department never gets to read the e-paper to experience frustrations of their readership or possibly they can’t be bothered, and maybe they prefer to read their competitors as their apps are more reliable. Have fun contacting them directly and actually speaking to someone. It’s a shame because i really like many of their journalists.

This app makes reading it a terrible experience, it constantly crashes. Please do something. Thanks
horrible app
I have used this app for the better part of six years now. Despite changes to the layout, it remains one of the worst apps I use. Of course, it is incredibly convenient being able to read the paper via app. However, the app is extremely unstable, and generally crashes or exits 5 to 6 times during the course of reading a typical paper. hard to believe the post would except something like that.

Still can’t enter my own comments after four phone calls , asked “ comments “ for help via E mail etc .. been a month of trying with no success. Will cancel my subscription soon .very dissatisfied.
Good newspaper but…..
The App is terrible always crashing and I often have to open it several times before the online edition will appear. Sometimes it’s so bad I have given up. The customer support from the Post is equally terrible.

Failed app
While I have paid for a year’s subscription to the National Post the app to display it doesn’t work. I have contacted NP on several occasions to try and fix this but have never had a response. Hopefully NP is more attentive to accurate reporting than it is to my problem. In contrast. my Globe, NY Times and Washington Post apps work fine.

I enjoy the NP newspaper, but someone at the company needs to actually care about the experience of their customers.
The app crashes constantly. I suspect that the PDF’s are often improperly formatted.
The app’s maintainers must be getting crash reports which they must be ignoring.
Come on, NP, you can do much better than this!!

The best newspaper in Canada
The National Post is clearly the best newspaper in Canada. We rate it alongside the Wall Street Journal for balanced and sensible coverage. The National Post is a voice of reason in the middle of the cacophony of left wing, self righteous hysterics. Rex Murphy and Christy Blatchford are probably the best columnists in Canada today. Content is Good - Content Delivery Sucks
App is unreliable. You might have no problems for a month but then no service and no explanation for the next week. You give up on it and, if you’re lucky, maybe it will start working okay the following month.
Terrible customer service too.
They actually won’t even assist you if you subscribe through Apple even though it’s still Post Media’s app.
