About

Learn Korean step by step, from the Hangul alphabet to about TOPIK Level 2. I'm a native Korean speaker, and I built this app on my own. I recorded all 10,000+ Korean words in my own voice, not AI, one word at a time. The Flower Path is free all the way to the end (with ads), and you can start right away without signing in. THE FLOWER PATH Not sure where to start? Follow the path from top to bottom, one flower at a time. • 7-Day Hangul Course: learn to read Korean from zero • 176 flowers, up to about TOPIK Level 2. Each has 4 lessons with words, grammar, example sentences, and conversation • Already know some Korean? Pass a Skip-Ahead Test and move on • Native Islands: side trips with phrases Koreans use every day 10,000+ WORDS IN A NATIVE VOICE • Beginner to advanced words, by TOPIK level or by scene • Example sentences with English translations and audio • Pronunciation as it really sounds (김밥 → [김빱]), with tips for 2,300+ tricky words • Illustrations for about 1,900 words • Record your voice and compare it with mine GRAMMAR AND PRONUNCIATION • 142 grammar patterns with easy explanations, practice, and games, plus 87 patterns for TOPIK Levels 3 and 4 • Trace all 40 letters, and hear 249 sounds on the Letter Chart • 7-Day Pronunciation and Mouth Movements: watch the lips and tongue move with the voice • Keyboard Practice and Korean numbers CULTURE AND TRAVEL • Korean Culture: 300+ short stories about food, K-dramas, songs, and daily life • Travel in Korea: 14 cities with local food, sights, and useful phrases • Korean Food: 140 dishes • Travel Tips: Korean cards to show when you need help LISTEN, LOOK UP, AND REVIEW • 100 Everyday Phrases and Flower Radio: listen hands-free • Paste Korean from social media or song lyrics to see each word's meaning • Word and grammar games, four word tests, and Today's Review • TOPIK I and II reading practice and 5 mock tests. All questions are original, not past exam questions • Bear's Room: souvenirs from the bear's trip around Korea fill your room as you study GOOD TO KNOW • Audio downloads when you use it. Wi-Fi is recommended • I first made this app for Japanese speakers, so a few extras, like kanji explanations, stay in the Japanese version • Every Korean word is my own recording. Most example sentences use a text-to-speech voice • Word lists are based on public data from Korea's National Institute of Korean Language and National Institute for International Education. This app is not official TOPIK study material KEEP YOUR PROGRESS Sign-in is optional. Sign in with Apple or Google to back up your Flower Path, bookmarks, and study records and continue on a new phone. You can delete your account at any time from the app menu. PRICING The Flower Path, words, grammar, games, and tests are free, with ads. Some actions, like playing word audio, use hearts, and Flower Path lessons use leaves. Both refill over time. Korean Culture, Travel in Korea, Korean Food, TOPIK Levels 3 and 4 grammar, 100 Everyday Phrases, and Flower Radio are partly free. Premium unlocks all of them, removes ads, and gives you unlimited hearts and leaves: • Standard: monthly subscription. Eligible users can try it free for 7 days • Lifetime: pay once, with no subscription The app may offer limited-time Lifetime prices. The current price is shown on the purchase screen. Standard is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing starts automatically after a free trial. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Korean is more fun when you sound natural to Korean ears. I'm cheering you on. Thank you for learning with me. Terms of Use (EULA): https://nativekankokugo.web.app/terms-en Privacy Policy: https://nativekankokugo.web.app/privacy-en
