NativeCents empowers Native youth, particularly those associated with the Umatilla Indian Reservation, by enhancing their financial literacy. The app assesses user's emotional relationship with money, providing personalized insights into their financial behaviors, mindsets, and attitudes. The app provides culturally relevant lessons that teach savings, investing, bank services, and budgeting, along with guidance on “18 Money” or the accumulated dividends available for distribution at 18 years old.
