This release brings multi-number WhatsApp, a rebuilt calling experience, and new subscription plans. CALLS • Incoming calls now ring reliably — even when the app is in the background or your phone is asleep. • Calls ring through the loudspeaker and appear on your phone's native call screen. • See who's calling: names now show for known contacts and for masked numbers, instead of ******. • Ring Groups: choose how calls ring across your team and for how long, and include external numbers. • Call logs no longer show duplicates, and refresh automatically as calls sync. • A contact's full call history now appears on their Details tab. • Call status is written in plain language, with the technical detail behind a tap. • Call summaries and activity charts now use your phone's local date and time zone. MESSAGING • Connect multiple WhatsApp numbers and manage them from one place — rename, reassign to agents, or remove. • Each number gets its own conversation thread, with colour-coded labels and a number filter on the inbox. • A "Replying via" bar shows which of your numbers you're sending from. • Edit your own recent WhatsApp messages. Edited messages are marked, and admins can view the edit history. • Shared posts and stickers now display properly in conversations. • Links in messages are tappable, and the message box grows as you type. • Tap a message in search to jump straight to it. • Reconnect a disconnected number without starting over. CHANNELS • More reliable Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn connections. • Record voice notes in LinkedIn conversations. • See how many channels are connected at a glance. PLANS & BILLING • New Free, Basic and Business plans, with plan selection built into signup. • Pay faster with saved cards. • Schedule a downgrade to take effect at the end of your billing period, with a clear summary of what changes. • Account balance now shows to two decimal places, and can be hidden. TEAM & CUSTOMERS • New Team Activity view showing what your team has been doing, grouped by day. • Customer information split into Details and Notes tabs. • Faster agent search when assigning conversations. FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS • Fixed crashes on launch, when ending a call, and when declining a call. • Clearer messages when you're offline or your session expires. • Profile pictures can now be chosen from your gallery. • Numerous layout, text and performance fixes throughout the app.
