Can’t see address info in the app
This app is poorly designed. There should be a profile page where user info can be edited easily. The confirmation when you place an order is super vague and I’m not sure if my delivery will even end up at the right place because it doesn’t specify the address when the order is confirmed. On top of that I can’t check what address they have on file for me. Very strange :( hopefully it gets to the right place but I can only guess and that’s not a great feeling.

Repeatedly false origin listings
In one order I had 3 veggies that were “local” (listed as from NY & PA) but the twist ties showed they were actually grown in SC & CA! This was not a one-off, it happened two weeks in a row. Upon review of old reviews I see this is not a new problem- even though I got a reply from them saying they were “working on it”. Frankly, this is just lazy or flagrantly false advertising, neither of which are acceptable. They contacted me and essentially said they prioritize other things in their growers than location (implying they didn’t care that their listings misrepresented the food)- never mind that my decision making about what I buy is based on *my* priorities, not theirs!

“Works on this iPad” no longer true
Natoora has not upgraded its app for the iPad and doesn’t seem to be in any hurry to do so. They suggest that I use an iPhone or an Android phone. I guess they really don’t want to cater to iPad users. Don’t download this to your iPad—it won’t work.
Slick marketing, product disappointing
Had high expectations, but when the produce arrived a lot of it was past its prime or wrong all together. Lettuce was fire though. But, you know, it was lettuce.
Great improvements
Natoora has made great improvements to the app which warrant the 5-star review. It is a lot easier to use than when they first started selling to the public and their products are beyond 5-star quality.
