I recommend this app to EVERYONE
I donβt fall asleep without it on. You can set the sounds to be catered to exactly what you want, or explore presets that are known to boost certain brain wave receptors. The most simple yet versatile + customizable sound therapy app Iβve found. I recommend it to anyone interested in sound therapy (especially anyone who hates the hassle of trying to find a good ambient playlist for your mood - this caters perfectly to the personal user)!

Useful clever app
Having had the PC version for years I was overjoyed to get the app. Great presets and the ability to adapt and set brainwave frequencies too. Really helpful for those making their own meditation or hypnosis tracks
Too expensive for such quality
I bought it because I had the same app for PC and it was quite good. This app is full clone of desktop application with minor changes. And it is bad.
1. Start time is too long.
2. This app interfere with music app - not able to stop music, don't respect handset and not able to continue after pause
3. Not native scroll for presets and too small buttons for choosing different modes.

I have been training my mind for several years. I have extensively used multiple audio tools to that aim -- from volumes of CDs to a huge library of MP3s. This product offers all of the great benefits of my existing sound collection fitted into such a small device as my iPhone. But this is not just a player. I can now create my own combination of nature sounds coupled with brainwaves set to any volume and length. The few factory presets I've tried are simply awesome, and I cannot wait to explore all the rest. You can tell how much labor was put in the creation of this app: it's sleek, easy- to-use and intuitive. If you've heard the quote "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication," you will get my point. Highly recommended to anyone who uses sound technologies either for relaxation or for meditative, creative, or healing purposes. Superb job!
