If you spend 2.95 on a coffee, you get 20 points making it a 1/3 longer to get a free drink. This app has had the opposite effect, I’ll now get coffee from another shop. Which is a loss of £60 per month.

Doesn't work
I downloaded the app and registered for the loyalty scheme since it said on the receipt I could scan the QR code on the receipt - but after all that faff it didn't work. Total waste of time.
