The app sign up doesn’t work, apple and phone number immediately return error.
What happened to the app
This used to be my favorite app I would tell anyone who would listen about it because it was truly incredible. Why won’t it let me sign in or create a new account? Is the company still around or have they phased this out? Please bring it back, I can’t tell you how many people I have told about how amazing in incredible detail this app is. I would even join the marketing team if that was an option. I love this and I’m so sad to feel like it’s gone.

Ive been trying to sign in and sign up to the app, only to get to the waiting list for 2 weeks

I downloaded the app thinking it was neat. I requested an invite and got added to a waiting list I’ve been on for MONTHS. I haven’t been able to use this app at all

Asked for diet recipes, but the app offered to deliver me food from Mark’s Feed Store. Nah, this ain’t ready for full release lol.
Scam!!!! They will lock your account if you have points
People please stay away from this app! Poor customer service, not able to return any order, and they wouldn’t let you use points! They just lock your account! And then disappear, never respond to any ticket.

Overcharged on all orders
Flights are $200 more expensive on here than Google flights. Convenience isn’t worth that price difference

1. the customer service is got really bad and they never want to properly help you
2. when you try to buy something the app would charge your charge like 2 times the day your card isn’t working so you will have to contact your bank to cancel the transactions
3. so usually i would use this app for the amazon and food delivery, i ordered meals and almost every time they came late or didn’t come. and when i complained about it they didn’t help and always asked for “photos” now how am i supposed to give you photos if i didn’t get it

My non-English name is not “invalid”
The app looks beautiful when opened and all seem great. Can’t get over the fact that the first few screens I encountered was to enter my name, and when I did enter my non-English name with accents on it, it says “please enter a valid name.”

Stay away
It was such a subpar experience with a really bad search UI, never updating tracking information, and the pain of returning item. But what tipped the scale was when they blocked my account supposedly because of high return rate (it wasn’t) and wouldn’t unblock unless I would get on a call with their manager. I outright refused to do that, but the worst part is that all of the points, including the ones that I received for refunding an item, became frozen in my account. Stay away unless you want to lose money.

Ok concept, nice design, but definite flaws
Cool design with the app, somewhat easy to navigate. However, you are supposed to get $15 for referring someone once they place their first order through the app. Well, I referred a friend using my link. They made their first purchase and I did not receive $15 for the referral. I tried reaching out, but of course, their customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend

I absolutely love this app, although it’s a bit late when it comes to status of orders, my items arrived and came in perfect condition. Ordered food and got it as well. 10/10 recommend
