This app helps me to relax and let go of the negative stuff in the world. As they said Nature is a helpful thing for mental health and let go of things that made you hurt or sad. Whenever i feel tense I like to imagine myself in a peaceful place like a cabin or a field of flowers, listening to the rain or birds singing, drifting off to a peaceful world that takes me away from reality! Great app, highly reccommend it

I do love all the different sounds this app has, but when the alarm goes off it is full volume! Yes, I made sure my volume and ringer were turned all the way down. Definitely not a gentle alarm, but might be fun for other situations.

This app is soooooo good!! For most apps like this, you have to pay to have like, 5 sounds, but these are all free! They are so relaxing and will calm nerves. It’s so easy to fall asleep to this. It’s so nice and peaceful! I most definitely recommend this app!! You will not regret it AT ALL!!

Soothing
I love this app. I’ve had it for several years and we use it nightly no matter where we are… home, hotels, cruise ships, etc! It helps us all get to sleep at night and avoids disruptions with obnoxious noises! There’s just one thing I’m missing and that’s the ability to either rearrange the sounds or favorite one of them. We typically only use one sound that just so happens to be at the bottom of the list so every night I have to scroll to find it. I would love to place it at the top! 5 stars if and when that ever happens!
