Regret using app to log dives
I’ve just return to my dive logs in the app to determine the weights I used last time, which I left in the notes. Now that the dive logs are frozen after being verified by a buddy, I’m unable to see anything more than the first two lines of the notes section, essentially rendering the information useless.
This is extremely disappointing and will force me to recalibrate my weights and play the guessing game again.
How did this ridiculously obvious issue get past QA functional testing??

Annoying app
App wouldn’t open at dive shop to show certification despite being on Wi-Fi. Using the dive logs was annoying as some dives wouldn’t save and others I couldn’t update. Using my dive card and paper logs are WAY easier than this subpar app.
Won’t load

Same issue as many others have stated, unable to save a log
Dive Log Issue
The app won’t let me make edits to my dives in the dive log. When I go into a dive to edit, the save icon stays greyed out. When I tap X to close it asks me if I want to save. When I click yes, it just spins and locks up and I have to close the app down. When I open the app back up the edits are not there. iOS 17.5

Won’t let me log in new dives
I did not dive for almost a year and the app won’t let me save new dives. It just gets stuck after I try to save.

Can’t log in
Not able to log into the app, but able to log in on desktop. Emailed about this complaint and received no answer or help.
Feature requests
Like the app, especially the planning tables. A few suggestions/requests
1. It would be good to have the same info on the app as the NAUI dive logs (physical version). This includes visibility, surface and water conditions, etc.
2. It would be good to have some way to enter gear info so it is personalized
3. It would be good to have a way for a dive buddy to verify via QR code.
4. Integration with a dive computer so dive logs can be imported

Certificate number
When I try to view my certificate number, the app tells me to turn the phone to landscape to view it. When I do this, nothing happens.
I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. How do I view my certificate number?

Absolutely incredible app…far exceeds anything offered by any other dive organization!
App will not allow me to login. “Login” button remains faddd out and inactive
Not fair to rate app poorly as I am unable to login. It may be a very good app.

They will charge you $10 per card to add previously earned cards to the app.
Beyond Useless!
While I love NAUI as a diver training organization, this app doesn’t reflect the quality of the organization at all. There was no way for me to access any of my dive training certifications— which is primarily why I wanted the app in the first place, or to locate local events and trainings relevant to me. Only international training and events show up. All I could enter was my name and address. There wasn’t even an area where I could enter my certification numbers for easier lookup and confirmation. I just got the eternal spinning wheel to nowhere.

Can’t login
I have an existing profile on Naui.org but I have never been able to login using the mobile app.
Dive Log information changes after closing app
When I log a dive in the dive log section and go back to check it later information has changed. The start time changes and the dive site field changes as well. Done know what is wrong with the app but it makes the dive log portion unreliable.
Works fine now on my iPad Pro 2018 12.9 ios 13.3
I had a problem with it, but it works fine now.
Can’t select United States on account setup
On an iPhone X when setting up an account the US is behind the camera thing at the top and isn’t able to be selected.
