Can’t even create an account!
I saw lots of good reviews online but after downloading the app yesterday I still can’t even create an account. Would love to be able to access this app but cannot
No sign up
I tired to get this app. Keep getting try again to sign up error message. Went to developer website and it states site no longer exists

Just keeps loading then says that there is an error.
Stupid
This app is stupid you can’t even select the appropriate dates. Waste of time and energy - skip it
Mostly broken
Notes is broken and won’t let me enter anything. There’s a weird UI where you select a date to enter an event, it defaults to the current date, and then you have to select the date again. Allow users to enter the time rather than having to scroll through. I’m not going to ever pick 10:58 as a regularly occurring event time so eliminate all that bulk. Otherwise thanks for not trying to get too much of my PHI.

Useless
I can’t add meds or appointments! It doesn’t do squat!
Good in concept... but utterly buggy and unreliable
It’s rare that I leave negative reviews, but with something like this, it needs to be SUPER reliable.
It’s not! Data I entered about appointments and meds vanished.
Sorry, this needs an update ASAP because medical apps CANNOT be unreliable like this.

Buggy
I upload all of my treatment info from meds to appointments to notes. Now I can see anything every option I select brings me to the same screen that WONT work.
Please update!
This app is one of the best out there but sadly for IVF that’s not saying much. Please update with more meds and to work with iPhone updated iOS. Very buggy now and I lost an entire treatment- yet still get notifications for old meds. I deleted and tried another app that was actually worse. Clean this up and you’ll have the corner on this market I promise!

App freezes every time I try to input information.

Into my App for days
If I login using my correct details it’s saying log on details incorrect
If I try and reset my password it won’t send the email
If I try and make a new account it’s saying I available at this time
It’s really frustrating Iv used this add for my pas 3 cycles I don’t want to loose that information but I can’t use a product this unreliable

Great app, but constantly crashes
This app is exactly what I was looking for to keep meds and appointments together with reminders. However, the app crashes so much, you can never get on to add or mark that you took something. Great idea but needs a major fix
Was good but now can’t access
Went to sign in and it keeps saying wrong password which it isn’t then when you go to reset it won’t do anything
It never worked
It took 10 mins to open and then there were problems loading everything. It never worked. Waste of time.
Not quite there...
Helps with tracking, but not perfect. It does not alert me at the correct time that I have set for my medications. Sometimes doesn’t even show the correct day. I like the idea of this, but I have to supplement in order to have the correct alerts.
Always Crashing
When the app works, it’s great. It allows you to see your pass IVF logs. The only problem, it’s always crashing and have to be careful that it doesn’t delete your current treatment, luckily I had that info saved on Ovia.
Frustrating glitches
Please, please, please fix the glitches on your app. We need this app! It constantly freezes, won’t capture data, and closes on its own. All other apps on my phone are working fine.
Great tracking app but can improve
There are not very many apps out there for infertility or apps that help manage the journey one takes on it. So when I found this one I was pretty excited. I love the simplicity of the app. Easy to use. Tracks medicine and includes information/how to video on the med itself. Also has a schedule to remind you when to take it and how much of it. Appointments can also be added and includes an option to enter your doctor info. Great for tracking.
There are some things missing that I think could make this app more useful and up my rating. It would be nice if there was an option to delete or edit an added medication or appointment without having to start over by deleting and re-adding the treatment. Also being able to edit the dates on your treatment would be nice. An option to add previous treatments or history so that it’s all in one place would be helpful. Maybe an option to export/email your history so we can save or print.

Not working
