Lost data due to app problem
To use the scale, you have to create an account and login. I forgot my password and the reset password feature didn’t work because it doesn’t send the verification email before the time runs out in the app to enter the verification code. So I had to create a new account and lost all my historical data. I reported this problem months ago and it still has not been fixed. This is a simple technical problem that could easily be fixed by extending the timer for entering the verification code. Too bad because the scale and the rest of the app are good.

I have the latest iPhone and full bars on my Internet. The app won’t recognize the scale. Can’t get it to even open — sad :(

Same issue as person before me. I will make sure I check reviews in the future before buying products.
Tried to register the app and you can’t get a verification code to do so. Maybe they discontinued use? Emailed company and waiting for a response. So far not happy with just the simple step of setting up the app.

Don’t waste your money.
Can’t even register on the stupid app. Will be returning this junk asap.
App is Terrible
The app is terrible it never loads it has a bunch of bugs. It constantly logs you off. It doesn’t not track your weight.
Needs a ton of upgrades
I love my actual scale, but I downloaded the app expecting to keep track of the 10 body metrics and only about 3 of them show up. This app needs a lot of upgrades.
There should be more goals to include such as wanting to be more tone, maintain weight, lose weight, gain weight etc. Depending on your goal it would be great if the app could give you tips on how to reach your goal.
It should also have a feature where it tells you how much water you should drink and a tracking feature on the amount you drunk through the day.

No abre la app
No me deja entrar y cuando lo he hecho en el pasado siempre se me salía. Como más puedo usar la pesa? Hay otra app para ver los valores?

App is Crap
I bought the scale, being a smart scale, I need to pair it to my Bluetooth. However, in attempting to register through this app, I cannot seem to get a verification code. The little orange button that says “send” gives me “server error”. I have tried to remove and re download this app a few times. Same error. This app is not compatible with my iOS laptop, so there are no other options to work around the error. I have emailed support at Nautica Technofashion for help. But bottom line, this app hasn’t been updated in a year and there is clearly something wrong with it.
