Zero level support
I found this app interesting, I opted for a subscription. After last app update it stopped to work on all my devices, despite all of them in the top condition and with up to date operating system. How to get refund for my money wasted on this subscription? Tech support is simply non existent!
Basic info is good but overpriced
While Much of the information is of use its basic and the subscription fees are vastly too high for little extra. Other services provide as good if not superior information for less money.

Good app, horribly expensive subscription
While the app is good, it blocks a large amount of data behind a subscription and it’s potential is extremely limited because of that.
£12.99 a month, £5.99 a week or £80 for an entire year is simply way too expensive for data that can be found open source with the minimum amount of effort.

Very user friendly and well organized. Very informative. Whole naval library is in your hand.
