My Personal Concierge

I’ve really been enjoying the Navan Edge application. The interface is clean, modern, and incredibly easy to navigate. I especially love that when I exit a conversation, it takes me right back to the main page while keeping my conversation saved at the bottom, making it easy to pick up where I left off. The best part is how personalized the experience feels. It’s almost like having my own personal concierge right at my fingertips. Everything feels seamless, intuitive, and genuinely helpful. Great job creating an app that feels both sophisticated and user-friendly!

Awful

The app kept suggesting an agent. What’s the point of a supposed ai tool that keeps trying to transfer to an agent. Ultimately it did that and the agents weren’t live. it cut ticket and said I’d hear soon.

It’s good

Great app for having all my work trip details and planning in one place. Love seeing what each trip earns me. It actually finds me what I care about (early check ins so I can shower before meetings). Will continue using.

Useless app with a glitche

It’s scam

It said “we will notify you as soon as you get access” I got email I clicked the link, I got nothing and it said the monologue again. It’s scam. Delete this app

Great AI travel tool

Started using this and find the features useful for planning trips. The loyalty wallet scans my email and added all my different membership programs, which populated a few I forgot I even had. The agent did a good job evaluating hotel reccs for an upcoming trip and allowed to me to directly book easily. Looking forward to new features and ability to add flight booking directly.
