Not suited for iPads
Better than previous years but I really wish there would be a fix for the scaling problem you get when using the app on an iPad. No way to see lecture recordings at full screen size.
No regard for safety
Utterly thoughtless about attendees safety. I was tracked to a session by a colleague who used the app to do so. Fortunately this was a benign encounter, but what if he had been a stalker or presented another danger to me? Shame on you for being so utterly careless with our safety and well being. There are opportunities to reach out to someone to ask for contact through the app. There is no need to literally make it possible for someone to find you in real time. Needs significant improvements
App is very glitchy, consistently freezes, requires logging in multiple times, doesn’t recognize credentials therefore asking for new

Doesn’t always start up. Toss up on if the map will work or not. Buttons have been added regularly, which changes the location of other buttons on the home page, so then I need to search again.

Very confusing app and no one to help available to help with issues
Connection is poor for live lectures dependent on location inside the conference center. The app will not connect to the “scavenger hunt” or the “Keep Moving Challenge”.
Can never find what I want.
For years I have complained that the app doesn’t sort well and when I search it does not find things. Basicallly I don’t use it because it is is not good.
Please add sessions that are going to be virtual to the filters
Having the option to view sessions virtually is awesome! It would make it much easier if the session filter included sessions that will be offered virtually.
If that is not possible, at least have them marked in the app as virtual. Currently you have to click on each to see if they are offered virtually.

Useful and tiny print
The app provides a lot of scheduling and convenient planning information for VMX. The print for many messages is too tiny to read and I can’t find how to enlarge it other than a screen shot.
Very difficult to navigate
I just downloaded this app and cannot find how to bookmark sessions that I want to attend. There is a list of some sessions, not all, and very few have the ability to bookmark them.
Also, there is not a complete session guide on the app. So disappointing…

Such a great conference. Would love to attend every year! Speakers were amazing, variety of topics!
Disappointed
Did not like breakfast so late. Free coffee not provided. Did not receive notebook and paper in our Hive bag-had to borrow from someone-never been to conference where didn’t get that! Not enough vendors. Puppy thing was cute, but what about cat people?! Did not have descriptions of classes until first day; hard to plan ahead of time if not sure what class is about.
The social night was fun and with good food too.

Too cumbersome
Too cumbersome to be efficient for the conference. Sign in, extra info, ads……OK, but not easy to use
Map was not great
Needs a better map. Overall useful for navigating the conference and picking CE.
Not as good as previous years
I do like the ease of watching live sessions, but the scheduling and agenda functions are not as user friendly and easy to use as previous years. Also, logging in is a toss up whether or not I can see my schedule or not.
Awesome to have live option but… wish it worked 100%
It was so awesome to have the virtual option when there were so many topics I wanted to be a part of on day one I didn’t realize this was an option and literally ran from the north side of occc to Hyatt to make a session and then all but ran back to north for another. Someone said just watch the live and omg it was awesome I attended one lecture on feline Paine from the comfort of a bean bag chair in the tech lounge as I sipped tea after seeing that the line to get in went from halfway down the south Concorse, then doubled back half of that. My only complaint was as I settled into a comfy nook a couple times, my course that said it was live wouldn’t come up. I tried all manner of things before getting up and going to the lecture in person. That was my only complaint otherwise great job management on this awesome option!
