Literally a copy of the USCG book

I have no idea why this was ever rated above one star. You will be spending your money on a set of calculators. For the money, they should have created their own original content with graphics and illustration videos.

Contains all the ColRegs, sometimes with illustrations, and some other information including signal flags, morse code, weather and other legislation/procedure guides.
Can be difficult to find some info when they are hidden in sub-headings.
