From the moment your procedure is scheduled, Naviguide Health connects with you via SMS messaging. All you need to do is download our mobile app to confirm your date and time of procedure. The facility utilizes the desktop application to maintain continual communication and, via the mobile app, updates you whenever any change is made to your time/place of your anticipated procedure. On the day of your procedure, your GPS location is connected to your health care facility so that they can anticipate your arrival and plan accordingly. Also, on the day of your visit, you receive a text link to a map to guide you easily to your facility.
