Super cool for a newer app service!
At first I was skeptical about the safety of matching with a local through a site with relatively not many reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! The UI on the app was easy to navigate and I really liked being to have control over my own experience in Japan! Even if not 100% committed to using the service, I think it’s definitely something worth checking out as you don’t get to see such a streamlined process through an app like this.

Made me feel less lost in Japan
Japan is amazing, but honestly it can be a little confusing when you don’t speak the language. I liked that I could message a guide and ask simple questions before deciding anything.
It sounds small, but being able to ask “where should we meet?” or “is this okay for a first-time visitor?” made me feel way more comfortable.
It didn’t feel like booking some big formal tour. More like getting help from someone local who actually knows the area. That was exactly what I needed.

ガイドプランが作成できない
アプリが事前に準備してある内容のまま登録しようとしても、使えない文字があるとエラーが出て登録してできない。全て英文字だけにしてもできない。お問い合わせに連絡しても返事がない。

Going over to Japan for one of my first times, my guide was extremely helpful and showed me spots only locals really knew. Great option if you want memorable trip through such a simple and well thought out service!

日本人ガイドとして登録しました。入れる前は実際にゲストから依頼が来るのか、また安全なのか不安でした。
が、ガイドプランを投稿後無事に依頼も来て、マッチング後はチャットができるのでチャット内で懸念点を解消したり具体的なガイド内容を決めることができて良かった。ゲストも本人確認しているようで実際にガイド当日も本人が来て仲良くコミュニケーションを取りながらガイドができました。とても楽しかったです。今後も続けようと思います。

なんで、、？
Profile 欄に「travel •travelled •traveling 」という単語が使えません。時間をかけ、その単語がエラーの原因であることを突き止めるのに文章を修正し続けるハメになりました。旅行のフィールドなのに、travelという単語が使えないのは何かの皮肉ですか

Impossible to navigate
Previous log in info does not work. Seems to start from Submitting ID. Unable to locate my plans pics and access counts. Very disappointed.
