Not user friendly at all
I was excited to purchase this platform to streamline the kitchen works in my business. However it has been horrendous from the offset, set up was tedious and slow. A very confusing system to work. Even EHO did not like it when visit is. Now on attempting to cancel ‘apparently my contract’ is tied for another year. Do not touch this sustem at all. There are much better platforms out there for a fraction of the price

Potentially great but super glitchy…
I have been looking for this software for a little while and was very excited to think we’d found a great digital companion for our kitchens. Unfortunately the user experience doesn’t seem to be there. Whenever we complete a checklist (form), it just continues to show as outstanding. The app will even let you complete the form again, but then tell you it has already been completed - and yet the task remains flashing red as outstanding. You also have to log in and out the app to get it to refresh. I’ve reached out to support, which is via a life chat bot which quickly resorts to telling you someone will be in touch. I was hopeful for this but until I can see it works, I’d recommend staying clear. Sorry guys.
