Everything garbage with this brand and its software and app, the funny part it’s not cheap, having 3 and struggling all the time. 🥝

Absolutely awful!!!
This app used to work before, but not anymore. It keeps crashing and it has become useless. I don't even know what to do anymore cause they don't bother at all.
Doesn’t even work?
Honestly awful. I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I want to use it. It doesn’t recognise that I’m connected to my camera via wifi.
When it does want to work, it’s handy. The transfer of video is understandably slow but I’ve set my camera to record shorter clips to improve transfer speeds. Photos transfer well.

Hi Navman Customer, Please connect the Wifi via App not from the cell phone setting,then press back after the conection is completed. For faster connection, you may close Bluetooth connections, WiFi Hotspot sharing or close running APPs on your mobile phone . Waste of time doesn’t work and does not connect to device.

This app does not connect to the dash cam after disconnecting everything and spending hours on it. There is not enough instructions with any help. Don’t bother contacting Navman for help as they are useless. They are overseas and do not understand just sending links that don’t even work!
