Works OK on Mac
Works OK on my M4 silicon MacBook Pro running Sequoia, would be nice to hear the audio when using a USB sound card for input but for the price, brilliant!

DWD Freq 147.3 khz mit 50baud/85Shift sowie auf 4,581 mhz 50 Baud /450 Shift an einem Icom 9500/8600/705 Sowie Rohde&Schwarz XK4100 rx/tx . Die App funtioniert bei keinerlei Rtty Signal. Von daher eher Betrug. Schnell verdiente 2,99 Euro . Werde die App gleich mal bei Apple melden… 73 R.G

Does not work. Avoid the investment

Absolute garbage
Downloaded this as it says it also decodes RTTY. When you open the app, even with ZERO audio input, the very cartoonish 1980s spectrum display dances like it’s on fire. (Not even close to accurate.) This program decodes garbage with ZERO signal being injected/received. The SETTINGS are extremely rudimentary, and the FAQ is a joke.
I have not tried the other stuff, nor NAVTEX functions, but I wish I had read the other reviews before I wasted $8 on this package. Don’t make my mistake.

Arbeitet völlig problemlos und zuverlässig
Die App arbeitet mit dem iPad und einem Weltempfänger (bei mir Tecsun PL-990X) völlig problemlos. Man muss sich eben ein bisschen damit befassen (vorzugsweise mit der Betriebsart RTTY) und ausprobieren, alles andere ist nur noch von den aktuellen Ausbreitungsbedingungen auf Kurzwelle abhängig.

Amazing ....but
I have a receiver Tecsun PL-880 - brilliant, which I use with this app and an iPad. They are connected with an apogee jam soundcard\lightning port from the 3.5mm jack line out of the Tecsun. Once tuned I can record NAVTEX with no sound from the radio. Equivalent equipment would cost more than the combination and I still have the radio, lightning adapter and iPad for other use. I only gave four stars because it has not changed much since I bought it in 2014. It could use some more user friendly record buttons and maybe an easier tuning display although it works. Schedule is all important with this so some sort of alert for local stations about to transmit would also be good. Thanks for creating this app.

Top Empfang über SDR Internet und dennoch zeigt die Software schlechte Qualität an - Ja, und zwar schlechte Qualität der App! Finger weg!! Und bitte ein Update für die bestehende Version!
Not stand alone
This program is not stand alone. A navtex radio signal must be broadcast from a separate radio then the program listens and decodes it.
So far unimpressed
Fed it a nice clean 170 shift signal at 45 Baud via the microphone, in a quiet room. Meters showed that the tuning was accurate and shift etc was correctly set. No sensible decoding whatever. I didn't expect too much from an audio link, but should have seen something.

Would be worth more money to Black Cat if they gave it away for free and charged for a user manual. A total POC! Do not buy this!

Don't Waste Your Money
Used this app along with their HF fax program. Neither were able to decode. Not worth the money.
Let down
I read a good review and gave it a try. Disappointed. Its buggy as sin. Settings screw up so the app crashes. Decoding is unreliable as it cannot retain settings. The method clearly works but the software is terribly executed. Please put this right as it would be a most useful app.

Just a novelty
The least they could do is deliver it configured for US Navtext stations which are like most of the world, or with instructions for same, but no. The instructions just list the settings with barely enough detail that someone knowledgable about the technicalities of Navtext could figure the rest out. Does it work? Yeah, sort of, if you ever figure out the settings and are having a good day on the radio. But if you’re serious about receiving Navtext broadcasts, which means you’re offshore 200 miles or more, you wouldn’t want to be depending on this app for your weather. So far I’ve managed to receive about 50% of a Navtext broadcast and the novelty has worn off.

Remplit sa fonction, nécessite les connaissances préalables à la réception de Navtex & flux RTTY par BLU. Aussi efficace que les programmes PC équivalents.
