Can create an account, but can’t add a card.

I made the account, tried adding card details. Nothing shows up red or an error on my part. All the info is valid and checked twice. Deleted and reinstalled the app and did the whole technical support bit.

Does not work
Although I was able to create a username and password for the app, I kept getting an error when trying to add my card. The customer service rep had no clue what the problem is and said the app is operated by PNC Bank, not Navy Cash, and that they do not even have contact information for the people at PNC who operate the app. She said that PNC only told Navy Cash reps to instruct users to delete and reinstall the app if there were any problems. No other troubleshooting or technical support is provided!
