Ive noticed improvements! Thank you. The app is way better than before. CANT wait to order my combo over rice!!
Slow, unhelpful app
They are promoting a Ramadan special for BOGO rice platters from 7-11pm in their app but the promotion doesn’t work! It also froze several times while I was trying to place the order.

Food was good and got to me on time.
Poor app design
This app needs a lot of improvement along with their food quality.
Doesn’t work
Never had an issue using this and suddenly it just stopped working. Can’t access anything. Can’t log in. Such a waste.

Food here is pretty good. The app and points system is complete garbage. Obviously not trying to honor points which is just shady

Stole my money said they never got my order meanwhile I got charged shaking my head
Add a way to add points from receipts
I often forget to use the app. There should be a way to enter receipts so we can get points we missed out on. For example ordering from uber eats we should be able to get points from that.
Garbage app and false advertising
They make you download the app to redeem the endless text messages. They send you with offers that most of the time are not even obtainable like four visits in the next 24 hours and spend at least $20 each time to get bonus stars. So today I went to redeem a I won’t get one free offer, which was finally worth it for once and I got there. They said you have to order on the app and on the app you could not add the offer to the checkout page. Don’t waste your time trying to buy anything from this place or downloading this app

They fixed the app and everything has been working smoothly for a while now. They have Apple Pay in the app as well.
It still broken on 09/23
If you have a deal in your account and you press order, it doesn’t actually work. Apple Pay also doesn’t work at all. This is funny the developers are this continuously inept
Didn’t receive my referral bonus!
My friend signed up using my referral link. However I didn’t receive any referral bonus. The app says referral someone to get $5 store credit. Disappointed!

App finally fixed after almost a year
Love it
We order Naz’s several times a week and it’s nice to be rewarded for it. One of the best reward systems for food ordering.
Terrible…
Right now it’s May 8th, 2024 and the company hasn’t fixed their app yet—it’s been over a month or so.
Problems Currently:
1. you can’t order online
2. you can’t change the store location you want to order from
3. If you have a rewards offer, you’re gonna have to use it in store

Old Authentication not working
Can’t order anything online they messed up the login info and can’t re register with phone no saying it already exist . Old email for reset password also says doesn’t work
App not working
Naz halal app is not working unable to order online as it is not letting me login.
