Не смог воспользоваться приложением

Нашёл в музее маркер AR. Очень долго грузился контент. Минут через 5 я нажал на кнопку i, после этого загрузка не возобновилась, маркер AR перестал подсвечиваться

Terrible App

Horrible. I tried it in 4 different museums in 2 cities, did NOT work. And when it finally did, there was no Audio. I was on the latest iOS with LTE data and iPhone 13 Pro Max, so my internet and phone was not the bottleneck
