this app does not offer sms or email alerts. As a result, it is easy to miss low balance or other account events. This is unacceptable.
While you can enable push notifications to your phone, those are highly unreliable and disappear easily, with history of push notification not reliable!

Functionality is bad
Constantly fails and difficult to navigate. I expect better from a banking mobile app.
Awful app
The app is poorly organized. It’s hard to find your way around it. The months’ activity are clumped month to month - Instead of a scroll. Basic navigation is made difficult, eg, the arrow to go back is in the top right and hard to find.
The ppl are great at the bank. But this app feels like it was made by the B-team. It’s made me want to switch to a different bank with a better mobile experience because that’s how I do all my banking. I’ve only stepped in needham bank once and that was to open an account.

Dover branch
The women at the Dover branch are at the top of there game. They can handle any problem or answer any question you have. Deb and Sandra have helped me so much and I thank them. All tellers and managers could take a lesson from them on customer service. Thank you ladies and Needham bank
It would be zero stars if possible...run away
Guaranteed to lock you out of your account time after time. In combination with the Needham online business banking there is such a poor execution of user authentication that it defaults to lock your account for 75% of your login attempts
The team at Needham bank is great & this app will guarantee that you speak to them on a regular basis. As nice as they are I believe mobile banking should limit these conversations not increase them.
