Doesn’t work
Just says loading but doesn’t launch. Deleted and reinstalled and same
Load issue
NB Medical are great but the app seems to be a non-starter downloaded, deleted, reinstalled - just get the perpetual egg timer that never resolves… ‘loading…’ Have to use website.
Won’t work
Is this app working? I can log in but there is no dashboard, just says ‘bad message’ 😆
Not Sure there is an app
All what this so called app does is directing you to safari on iPhones so you can browse the website from there!!! I am not sure we need app for this reason as we can open the website directly and save the dashboard in favourite if needed!!
Please build up proper app or delete this from the app store and never call it app!!!

Does not work in landscape more on my iPad

I have just paid A LOT of money for this and it just won’t work . Freezes. Please don’t sell it till you have it sorted. Faulty goods!!
Crashes endlessly
Finally managed to log in after faffing with this for ages, and now can’t actually view any content in the chapters sections, it freezes every time... Frustrated is an understatement.
Poor
NB medical. This app is poor, ongoing issues with having to delete and reinstall, password problems, freezing. Stress inducing and I pay £85 for 12 months for this. Not renewing my scubscription.

Not fit for purpose. Keeps crashing. Won’t recognise passwords. Please don’t ask us to log on when attending a course until you sort this out. Thank you

Had high hopes but keeps crashing. Can’t view most of the subjects. Frustrating
Crashes frequently during webcasts
Crashes every 2-3 minutes whilst I’m viewing webcasts and even more frustratingly, doesn’t take you back where you left off when you reload it. I only downloaded the app a week ago so I’m definitely using the most recent version.
Unable to even log in
The desk top nb offering looks excellent but despite installing / reinstalling am having no luck with getting in on my phone.

Doesn’t work
Constantly glitches on phone and have to reboot phone to get back into the app, tried it in iPad instead won’t even load the videos wasted 3 hrs, managed to watch 50 mins of content.
Nice idea but doesn’t actually work
I love the idea of this app and the layout seems pretty logical. The idea of being able to link it with one’s Clarity account to quickly record CPD is excellent. Unfortunately none of the above actually works. It has proved impossible to link the account to Clarity as the app simply “hangs”. This seems to be a recurring theme throughout- occasionally one can access the booklet etc but most of the time it simply freezes or becomes unresponsive.
In summary, great idea but needs extensive debugging.

This app does not work. I spent £195 on the webinars and cannot watch them. App freezes and won’t even open.
Just doesn’t work
Freezes, doesn’t scroll, and the search mode is useless. I’ll have to go back to the paper Update Book!
