Didnt allow me to log into my account, sent multiple emails. It just required the same steps over and over. No need to want a face scan.

No way to login
The app doesn’t give me a choice to enter my psn password. If I go through the trouble of sending a code to my email or using a passkey on a psn-entitled device, all this does is sign me into my account on the embedded browser, which doesn’t translate to the main menu. No way to sign in.

Does not work
I just sat here for 30 minutes after buying the game excited to play the my career just for the app not to work on the face scan no matter what I tried deleted it re-downloaded it restarted my phone put my face right under a light got away from the light. It really did not matter what I did. It would not scare my face really kinda just ruined the whole first day experience for 2k27.

Face scan is tragic
This is a genuine review, not out of spite cause I love playing 2k but what do you mean face scan fail 20+ times so many face scan tries for it to upload 6/13 3/13 12/13 etc just to keep failing even getting the look left to right without fail, gave up after so many attempts

Every time I try to sign in it asks for a passkey then I make one and then it says I can’t use a passkey and to use other methods and then I do that and the process is long and when I finally do it it always says error occured RONNIE 2K FIX IT

Face Scan doesn’t work. Everything on my end is working but it still says it can’t capture my face
Kein PS Login
Passkey funktioniert nicht. Normales anmelden auch nicht. Man kommt also nicht über seinen PS Login rein
