Fix your credit card transaction history
Please include the whole list of transactions on credit cards instead of just the last 15 transactions, its ridiculous that you need to wait for your bank statement to see your latest transactions, and it doesnt work even if you change the date range. Ridiculous

I had a great experience opening my account through the NBB Online Mobile App. The process was smooth, quick, and completely digital. I really appreciated the user-friendly interface and step-by-step guidance throughout the journey. Everything was clearly explained, and I was able to complete the application without needing to visit a branch. Excellent work by the NBB team in making banking easier and more accessible. A tech disaster
Not all features on this are activated. Requires individual customer service calls to activate features that should be fully functional. Why have an app with features that are not already accessible to customers? Have called three times to resolve the same tech issue and it’s still not resolved. I get the impression the IT dept is as lost as I am with this app.

Not able to register
Last 3 days I am trying to register my NBB account to this App but it’s always showing this service is temporarily unavailable, reinstalled the app 3 times and tried but still the same, raised complaint to the bank support still the same.

Not smooth digital onboarding
Although advertised as 5 minutes journey to open the account, it took 9 days in my case. And after received the SMS confirmation that my bank account was created, I am unable to access the digital platform without going through the ekyc process again. I keep receiving a screen that says that they are validating my identity (even after the account creation). The live chat service have no clue how to address this and they left the chat without responding to my texts. Apparently I will have to visit the branch which defeats the whole point of digital banking !!!

Very good customer service
A decent app but needs to be made easier
The app does the basics but can be a bit frustrating as some tasks that should be easier are still complicated. Like transferring out of the Thara’a account is unnecessarily difficult.
One small function to correct
Seamless app! One small function to correct. When the app gets “timed out” to restart the app it does not come to the face identification screen. It keeps on “thinking”. I have to close the app and then restart to enter into my account.

With the recent introduction of digital loans, I really have all my needs in one place. simple and fast for my daily banking needs, with a very friendly user experience. I can send money using mobile number and pay card with simple clicks.

Four months and I am unable to use the app. I reported this problem more than 15 times and no help or no one cares. I just tried to signing in but the same problem still exists
