The best resource to begin your study.
While things will be changing with the Integrated boards, I could not recommend this or the part 1 app more. While I believe that the pharmacology section is way more difficult than the actual board exam, this app has lots of relevant clinical questions with explanations to all. I would recommend anybody taking the exam to begin your studying with this app.

Great study source
Mastery app was a really great source to review my study notes at the end of the day and gauge how I was retaining the material. It covers a lot of questions and definitely helped me pass boards!

It's a PASS for me. I never used a different source, I did the app three times and took the test and I pass in the first attenpt. You can trust this app 100%. Best news ever for me
Great for Practice
I used the Mastery App for both NBDE I and II. It was a key part of my studying that helped me pass. It had relevant information and helped me connect concepts in a test question-like format.

Recurring charges despite no access to application
I signed up through my university with a 3 month plan that terminated automatically. Although I no longer had access to the premium subscription, they continued to charge me through my card on file every 3months for about a year. I admit it is my fault for not catching the charges earlier, but to charge and not provide the product is absurd. The program wasn’t that helpful to me. The actual exam is more like board vitals which I used more.
